Does BIA On-Demand offer any collaboration features to facilitate communication and task management during the BIA process? Can multiple team members work on BIAs simultaneously?
To streamline the BIA process from start to finish, you can share links to a pre-work questionnaires to your team members and receive notifications when it has been completed. Multiple team members can work on BIAs simultaneously, but BIA On-Demand will only display who completed the most recent action and when.
Can I import existing BIA data (spreadsheets, legacy systems) into BIA On-Demand? Can I easily export data for further analysis or integration with other systems?
You can provide our team with a spreadsheet of your existing BIA data to be mapped to the current BIA On-Demand fields. Data can be exported in multiple file types (Excel, Word, PDF) for further analysis and integration.
Does BIA On-Demand assist in defining Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) for critical business processes?
BIA On-Demand automatically defines critical process RTO and RPOs based on the scores assigned by you.

BIA On-Demand scores can be applied to all different types of disruptions. Assessment categories are created to calculate a general RTO that can be applied to any disruption.
How does BIA On-Demand help identify gaps in my processes?
BIA On-Demand allows you to export data from your assessments into reports. Based on your needs, you can find the report that organizes your data in the desired manner, export it, and use the data to identify gaps. BCMMETRICS believes that a software can only do so much. A good business continuity team is required to put good data into action.
